Season 4, Episode 9 : Mrs. Puff, You're Fired

Mrs. Puff gets fired because SpongeBob has failed his driving test over a million times. Then a new teacher comes and he his very strict. He teaches SpongeBob very well until he really has to drive. Unfortunately, due to the new teacher's strict drills, SpongeBob can only drive while blindfolded. SpongeBob drives all over town and breaks everything. Since the best teacher can't teach SpongeBob, Mrs. Puff has to keep teaching.
