The Flying Dutchman's ship breaks, so he goes to live with SpongeBob. The Flying Dutchman thinks he can't scare anybody. The Flying Dutchman tries to scare Squidward, who doesn't believe in ghosts, and he does, restoring the Dutchman's confidence.
